Fall, 2006 Dear Ministry Partner: After completely turning my life over to the Lord in 1966, Jan and I joined staff of Campus Crusade for Christ International.  Since, we have lived our lives to help change other lives, as Dr. Bright used to say, “For if you have not changed lives, you haven’t changed anything.”  In Proverbs 11:30 it says, “He who winneth souls is wise.”  And further, you won’t win souls and change lives without presenting Jesus Christ. It is Jesus Christ who changes lives, He is the life changing agent, He does it, and does if from the inside out.  In His infinite wisdom and grace  He chose us to do what we are doing.  I’m not perfect and I still make mistakes, but God has blessed us beyond our ability and training. Like it says in Acts 20:24, “But  life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus---the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and love.”  “Therefore everywhere we go we talk about Christ, to all who will listen, warning and teaching them as well as we know how, this is my work and I can only do it because of Christ’s mighty energy that is at work within me.” Last week we had former US Senator, Bill Armstrong speak at the Fullerton and Yorba Linda Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast’s and at our backyard barbeque.  There were a number of decisions, eight that we know of in Yorba Linda.  All this and many more events keep us going, thanks for praying and giving so we can.
